What health data we collect
The only health-related data we collect is the due date (or baby's birth date) you give us when you sign up for our due-date emails. Together with your email address, it can reveal that you or someone in your family is pregnant or recently gave birth. We don't collect any other health information, and we don't use location data.
Why we collect it
We use your due date for one purpose: to send you the planning emails that match your stage, such as what to buy in week 30 or what's useful at 2 months. We don't use it for advertising or profiling.
Your consent
We collect your due date only after you agree to it at sign-up. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing or by emailing hello@byduedate.com. We then stop using it and delete it.
Who we share it with
We share it only with the service providers that store our list and send our emails (Brevo) and host our site (Cloudflare). They process it on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We never sell health data, and we don't share it with advertisers, affiliate partners or anyone else.
Your rights
- Confirm whether we hold your health data, and get a copy of it.
- Get a list of the providers we've shared it with.
- Have it deleted.
- Withdraw your consent.
Email hello@byduedate.com from the address you signed up with. We respond within 21 days and confirm when the data has been deleted. If we decline a request, we'll explain why and how to appeal by replying to our decision.
